The recently established Xan Confections, Irvine, CA, has introduced all-natural chocolates that are non-dairy, gluten-free, vegan, low-glycemic and low-calorie. The Saintly Sins collection delivers raspberry, strawberry and pineapple filled chocolates that contain 29 calories and one gram of fat. The Wholly Cacao Caramels are made using agave nectar. Forty-nine different gourmet chocolate pieces are currently available and other collections are being expanded and developed, including BigMouth Candies and Vertles.
